So, how does this work?

When you choose to invest with us, you are given an equity position in a physical asset. You have a legal interest in the property. You become a principal in the deal, but without the hassles of management. We only purchase properties that offer cash flow from day one.  Our investors recieve a portion of this monthly cash flow and a percentage of the property appreciation.   You get all the benefits of investing in real estate including the tax and depreciation advantages, with none of the hassles of renovation and the day to day management of the property.  No Tenants or Toilets to worry about.
