    What is the minimum investment?

    Our minimum investment is $50,000.  We have set this minimum partly to make sure that only qualified investors become involved in our projects and also because it would be unfair to our other investors to accept a smaller buy in amount since this is the minimum amount we have required for others to join us.

    Do I have to handle all of the details myself?

    No.  We handle all of the details for you.  We’ll present you with a project description and information packet with the information you need to make a decision.   If the project is one that you want to be a part of, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll handle everything from there

    Is purchasing notes from the FDIC a good investment for me?

    Every interested party, based on their own circumstances, must determine whether notes are the right investment. As a part of our service we work with underwriters and lawyers to “scrub” the notes so they are free of liabilities, thereby providing confidence in purchasing notes that are clean. In order to diminish the risk and increase the rewards, we also offer education, heavy due diligence and bid guidance so the loan sale is a successful experience for you.

    Can I use my IRA’s or retirement plan?

    Investing in real estate is a widely accepted use for IRA’s and other Retirement Plans. Real Estate investing using IRA funds has been going on for years and has produced exceptional results for many investors.
