I have a manufactured housing project in North Dakota at the Bakken Oil Fields--approved subdivisions---4 of them--- a 408 sq ft house--rents for $250 a nite --
$7500 a month...net rental after all expenses including lot space $6,000 a month...  This is from a $40,000 2 brm/2bath home.  Lease guarantee from oil company...  Note**there are 22,000 jobs in the region; can&#039;t fill them because there is NO Place to LIVE!!---I have all the ingredients in hand---need funds...  very high return/very secure....3 yr payoff...  Need your thoughts or talk on the phone...please let me know?  Thanks
