About Lan Measles and Lani Warren Properties
Hello, my name is Lan Measles. I am a Real Estate Investor and the President of Lani Warren Properties.
In August of 2004 I immigrated to the United States from Vietnam. Although I earned a Business Degree from a major University while living in Vietnam, I found that my educational credentials were not accepted here, so I started over by going back to school.
As I learned about wealth creation I discovered that almost all wealthy people either accumulated or hold their wealth in Real Estate. That was what put me on the path to becoming a Real Estate Entrepreneur. I formed my own investment company in early 2007.
Through my study of economic history I realized that we are at a turning point that marks an historic opportunity. The last upheaval of this magnitude occurred in the early 1980s when the Resolution Trust Corporation was cleaning up the mess left by the failure of the Savings and Loan Industry. Because of this understanding in 2008 I began to actively seek partners who could enhance my company’s ability to profit from this situation.
In 2009 I entered a Joint Venture arrangement with Triumph Capital Partners where I am a Managing Partner. This partnership allows my company to acquire properties at an extreme discount by purchasing notes directly from banks and the FDIC and serves as a funnel that brings us assets we can offer to our investment partners. Those who choose to invest with us are rewarded with excellent returns secured by Real Estate and none of the hassles associated with being a landlord.
My husband Tony and I feel very strongly about giving back to others. Having seen first hand the deprivations and hardships often forced on young children living in developing nations, we are actively involved in a number of charities that build orphanages and schools and provide clean water for children around the world.
