Our Company

Lani Warren Properties is a privately held company based in Durango, Colorado.

We purchase, renovate and manage income producing  Multi-Family Properties and either hold them in our own portfolio for the cash flow, appreciation and tax benefits they provide or sell them for a profit after they have reached at least 30 % appreciation.

One way we acquire properties is by purchasing deeply discounted notes directly from failed banks and through FDIC loan sales. We have formed a Joint Venture Partnership with Triumph Capital Partners in order to facilitate these purchases.

We are also proud to invest in and connect other investors with renewable energy projects and projects of a humanitarian nature that will improve the lives of mankind. We are always looking for opportunities to help finance the development of green technology and to bring that technology to those who need it most.
